About Us

The Faculty of Islamic Civilization Studies (FPPI) is one of the earliest established faculties at UIS (since 1995), dedicated to offering educational services, particularly in the field of Islamic Education. FPPI is committed to producing graduates who are not only knowledgeable, but also possess strong character and essential skills in order to attain mardhatillah (the pleasure of Allah).

Originally established as the School of Islamic Studies (SPI), FPPI has since produced numerous graduates and distinguished scholars who have made meaningful contributions both locally and internationally—particularly in advancing the education industry in Malaysia, especially within the state of Selangor Darul Ehsan..
